Delivery

At Emile Léon, your comfort in tracking your order is our priority.

To ensure that you get your watch the way you want it, we offer several types of delivery, which you can choose when validating your basket.

Home delivery
Home delivery will be offered to you for all orders shipped in Metropolitan France with a value of over 100€. Below this threshold, shipping costs are 10€.

Your order delivered to your home in Metropolitan France is sent by Colissimo. 

Express delivery
Do you need your watch quickly? Don't worry, Emile Léon also offers an Express delivery service for Metropolitan France.

Your parcel will be sent with Chronopost, for a fee of 20€. For all orders over 950€, Express delivery is offered.

Delivery in the DOM-TOM and abroad
If you do not live in Metropolitan France but wish to order a jewel or a watch from Emile Léon, this is of course possible.

For a shipment abroad, the shipment will be systematically made by Chronopost.

Shipping to French overseas departments and territories and to New Caledonia is charged at €100.

Shipping to the European Union is charged at 80€.

Pick up in shop
If you are not far from our shop and wish to pick up your order directly from us, it is possible.

You will have to opt for in-store collection when you place your order. You will receive an email to let you know when your order is ready.

If your product is available, and the shop is open, the order should be available within 2 hours. Again, if you have not received an email confirming that your order is ready, or if you have any doubts, you can call the shop directly for confirmation: 01.40.20.40.03

How do I know when my order is ready?
Whether it's a home delivery, an express delivery, or a collection in shop, you will in all cases be notified by email when your order is either shipped or ready for collection in our shop.
