The 316L stainless steel case ( 42 mm in diameter ) is cushion-shaped, which was very fashionable in the Seventies. It is crowned by a polished blue ceramic unidirectional rotating bezel. Protected by a double-sided domed sapphire glass the dial reveals a black subtle matte. As with all Michel Herbelin timepieces, the Newport Héritage Diver was drawn, designed, assembled, adjusted and inspected at the brand French’s studio. Fitted with a screw-down crown and a screw-in case back to ensure it is water-resistant to 300 metres, this timepiece features a blue strap in high-performance FKM elastomer. Finished with a double-folding clasp with a securing buckle and an extension for fitting over wetsuits, it is guaranteed for 10 years because of the extremely resistant material. Efficient underwater owing to its technical features and dynamic on dry land owing to its sporty vintage design, the Newport Héritage Diver benefits from ancestral French watchmaking tradition passed down from father to son since 1947.
